We are drawn to projects that start with an ambitious brief, aiming for exceptional quality and environmental performance. While we are open to a variety of challenges, our focus is on residential architecture, designing unique, bespoke homes tailored to each client.

Our typical projects include:

• New build houses

• Conversions of historic buildings, such as warehouses, barns, or listed properties

• Comprehensive redesigns, often including extensions

We particularly enjoy retrofit projects that involve a complete re-imagining of an existing home, whether it’s a listed building or a mid-20th century property, and we are always interested to hear from clients with creative and challenging ideas.

Due to the scope and ambition of our work, projects generally start with construction budgets of £300,000–£400,000, and can extend up to £1.5M or more.
